The attention to detail was second to none, especially for an older house by adjusting the windows so they looked right. We even had the window winders replaced at the same time, replacing the worn out ones. Great job and very responsive. Rarely do you find a business that delivers excellence at every step. We recently had two Crimsafe doors custom made and installed by Max Security Doors & Screens, and the whole experience was seamless. April made everything so easy — quick replies, clear communication and genuinely wonderful customer service. Tom’s craftsmanship is exceptional; the doors fit perfectly, look fantastic, and were installed with real care and attention to detail.
